June 20, 2007 -  As many of you have discovered and diligently reported, there has been a problem accessing the race flyer. Thanks for your feedback
and we apologize for the problem.
We now have a temporary patch in place that will allow you to pull a race flyer. To get this up in a hurry we used a draft copy that was later slightly
revised. The one revision from the final version is:

There are NO LATE FEES for race day entry!

Thanks for your patience.

June 15, 2007 - The link to register for the crit is here:

May 30, 2007 - Ok, to all of you who have wondered why the website hasn't been updated - well I'm behind. So we'll try to get everything added
over the next day or so and will hopefully have everything current by this weekend.

The crit is on schedule. We are working on details right now and expect to put on the same quality event this year that we have in years past - and
that we believe you have come to expect.

For crit registration you can go to Active.com

You can register for the Avery Trace Road Race and Time Trial here - you'll have to copy this link and paste - I'll get it straightened out later:  http://www.averytracesports.com/registration.html
or go directly to Active.Com http://www.active.com/event_detail.cfm?event_id=1342139

We will have a pdf on the release form in the next day or two. http://www.usacycling.org/forms/rider_release.pdf

More to come....

July 4, 2006 - Congratulations are in order to Curt Cadwell and Jim Malugin for podium finishes in the State Time Trial event on Sunday July 2nd. Curt placed 2nd in the Masters 50-54 and Jim placed 3rd in the Masters 45-49. Great job guys!

July 4, 2006 - We had a great crit on June 25. For those who didn't come due to weather - yes there were a few weather issues, but the event went well. By mid afternoon everything as hot and dry so the Cat 3 and Pro 1-2 events went off  - full length, without a hitch.
The city of Cookeville, our sponsors and our vendors all pitched in to make a terrific state championship. We are working now to try to insure we have similar support across the board next year. Thanks to all who participated and all who supported! None of this is possible without you! The state results have been posted on the TBRA website and full race results have been submitted and will be updated soon.

June 15, 2006 - For race/event related questions, please contact Randy Hammontree at Hammontree@charter.net

June 12, 2006 - We have the Crterium page updated now with a current race flyer. Click on  "Criterium" to the left of this page and you will see the link to view the flyer.

As a reminder: For simplicity we have all pre-regsitratration going to the Avery Trace address. This reduces the risk that any racers could be overlooked. The Avery Trace site link is listed below, along with the link to Active.com.

June 11, 2006 - Congratulations to Curt Cadwell on a great 2nd place finish in the Roan Groan RR in the Masters 50 plus division. 4 other UCW team members, Jeff Reese (Cat 4), Randy Hammontree (Masters 50 plus), Greg Groth and Kurt Phifer (Cat 5, 35 plus) competed in and finished the epic course. Roan Groan is a truly awesome experience. Now we are looking ahead to a great weekend of racing at Avery Trace.

June 8, 2006 - As you can see, we are behind on updating the 2006 Cookeville Criterium information, for which we offer our most sincere apologies. We have an exciting criterium planned with great community and sponsor support. We expect this event to surpass last years and look forward to welcoming all racers who can attend into our city for a great State Championship event!

This site will be corrected in the next few days. In the meantime, you can get general informartion on the Crit at the Avery Trace website here
http://www.sceniccityvelo.com/content2.php?id=averytrace&format=3110&ad=0300 or you can register for the RR, TT or Crit through Active.com here http://www.active.com/event_detail.cfm?event_id=1323177

June 7, 2006 - Curt Cadwell is the current leader in Masters 50 plus division! After a devastating crash in August 2005, Curt has returned in outstanding fashion to dominate the Masters 50 plus age group! Way to go Curt! We support him in his pursuit of the TBRA jersey this year!
